FINNISH COMPOSER, PIANIST AND CONDUCTOR

Tuomas Turriago is recognized as a Finnish composer, pianist and conductor. Since 2004 Turriago has served as senior lecturer in accompaniment at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In 2019 he became part of the Sibelius Academy faculty as a Chamber Music teacher. Turriago has performed as a soloist in Estonia, Norway, Germany, Hungary, Israel, The United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, Colombia and Finland. His compositional oeuvre of 41 works to date have all been recorded.
