YOUNG FINNISH TALENT

Sonja Kujala (16) has been studying under the guidance of Hanna Kinnunen since the age of 9. She has been a prize winner in several national and international competition such as the Young Flutist Competition (Finland, 2023), the Tampere Flute Fest (Finland, 2020), and the Dutch International Flute Competition (The Netherlands, 2018). In 2018, Sonja played as a soloist with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra. She is currently in her third year at the Sibelius Academy Youth Department.
