Miyazawa Artist Natalia Jarząbek graduated from the Academy of Music in Kraków, the Hochschule für Musik in Weimar, and the Jagiellonian University. Currently, she is Principal Flute of the Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra, a PhD student at the Academy of Music in Kraków and Orchestral Excerpts teacher at The Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. Natalia has given many lectures about circular breathing around the world and has performed and taught at festivals such as: British Flute Society’s Flutastique! Festival, Adams Flute Festival, Festival Universitario de Flauta Transversa in Mexico, among others. She has also worked closely with numerous symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles, performing in renowned venues around the world. Since 2017, Natalia has also been flutist of the Cracow Golden Quintet, with whom she won the 2nd prize at the Stanislaw Moniuszko International Polish Music Competition in Rzeszów, in 2019. The ensemble also recorded a CD named Polish Wind Quintets, nominated for the Fryderyk 2020 Award.
